trying to access services but having trouble with assessment, waiting times or finding a provider.
receiving services in your home or an aged care home but feeling unsafe or unhappy with the quality of care.

When you call, one of our experienced and caring advocates will listen carefully to your concerns. We can explain your rights and help you explore solutions. We’ll also explain what kinds of outcomes you can expect. Then, with your permission, we can refer you to other services that may benefit you.

You decide how involved you want us to be. We can assist by giving you information and advice about how to speak up for yourself.
Or, if you want more support, we can contact your aged care provider for you. If you ask us to advocate on your behalf, we will contact you regularly to update you and ask what you want to do next.
